1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process:

• Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product as proof.
• Our team will verify and approve the return request.
• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (especially consumables like honey, spices, etc.)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

5. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refund will be credited via:

• Original payment method
• Bank transfer (if applicable)

6. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement product, subject to availability.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), Bighali Agro will bear the return shipping cost. In other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable.

8. Important Note

As we deal in natural and consumable products, slight variations in color, taste, or texture may occur. These do not qualify as defects.
